Washing Phase
Filter alcohol: Strain reusable alcohol through a 200-mesh filter bag before each use to keep it clean.
First wash (2 min): Submerge the print platform and model together in clean 95% alcohol in the wash machine for 2 minutes to remove surface resin.
Second wash (4 min): Submerge the platform and model in a second bath of clean 95% alcohol and run the machine for 4 minutes.
Remove and dry: Scrape the model off the platform and let it air-dry completely in a cool area before moving to curing.
Curing Phase
Water-submerged UV curing (30 min): Place the dried model inside a container of clean water (making sure it is fully submerged) and run the UV curing box for 30 minutes.
Blow dry: Blow the model completely dry with compressed air after curing finishes.
